How to buy

Shopping at www.iexgames.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Choose from the top section (PS4, Xbox One, Preowned etc) and then the product type (Consoles, Games, Accessories).
  2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail. Descriptions are also available and video previews.
  3. Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
  4. If you wish to continue shopping, repeat the process but if you wish to process the order, select the basket at the top right of the screen to begin checkout
  5. Once you have entered your details, check that they are correct and click on confirm.
  6. Choose whether you want to receive it via standard or express delivery and check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct.
  7. Select a payment method: Payment on delivery (either by cash of Pos machine) or by card payment or Bank Deposit/Transfer
  8. Confirm the order.
  9. You will receive an email confirming your order.

General information

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, all images displayed on the website are of the actual product.

 

Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about IEX Game’s latest products and offers?

Yes. By simply entering your email in the Newsletter subscription box and pressing the subscribe button you will receive information on IEX Game’s latest products and events.

 

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log-in section. Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail telling you what you need to do.

 

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service team on 0812 772 3789 who will be happy to help you.

 

When will I get my Preorder?

Once you have placed your preorder, you will receive a confirmation email. For preorders games are delivered after release date (please note we are not responsible for changing release dates by game publishers or game developers and in the event where a release date is changed or delayed, then delivery of the preorder will be carried out after the new release date)

 

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order by calling our customer service team on 0812 772 3789 who will help you with cancellation.

 

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

IEXGames.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service on 0812 772 3789

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service on 0812 772 3789 who will assist in replacing it with the correct item

Delivery

Where can I receive my order?

Your order delivery can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - not a PO Box)

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard deliveries take 1 to 2 working days within Lagos state. For states other than Lagos delivery is usually 3-5 days although sooner in most cases

 

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Standard delivery – Free to most areas in Lagos state only. Agege axis, Ikorodu, Magodo, Epe & Badagry areas may attract a charge.

Outside Lagos delivery charges vary

 

What is the delivery process?

For home deliveries, a member of our customer service team will call you to confirm the delivery date.  We will also send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse)

 

Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?

Unfortunately returns are not accepted however items that have not been used and are still sealed in original wrapping can be exchanged within 14 days from date of purchase for an item of similar value or higher with the balance paid.

Are used games working and in good condition?

Yes, all used games listed on the site are fully guaranteed to work and are covered by guarantee. Please note however for a small number of used games they may not have the original game cover
