IEX Gaming Club Terms & Conditions

Membership & Access

By signing up for IEX Gaming Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Access is granted only to the registered user via the IEX Plus Site.
Entry is permitted only after successfully scanning the in-store QR code and verification of an active subscription.

Subscription Plans

Membership is offered on a monthly or 3-month basis with various tiers
Each tier offers specific access hours, guest privileges, and other benefits as outlined in the app.
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except in the case of system errors or unauthorized billing.

Booking & Usage

Each membership tier has a daily gameplay time limit.
Unused hours do not roll over.
Entry is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to restrict access during maintenance, peak periods, or special events.
Members may extend their gameplay time beyond their membership allowance by paying ₦5,500 per additional hour.
Payments can only be made via card or bank transfer through the IEX Plus site; cash payments are not accepted.

Guest Policy

Some membership tiers may permit members to bring a guest.
Guests must comply with all rules and remain under the supervision of the member.
Abuse of guest privileges may result in suspension or cancellation of the membership.

Code of Conduct

Members must treat staff, equipment, and other members with respect.
No food, drink, or disruptive behavior is allowed in the gaming zone.
Any damage to equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible member.

Termination & Suspension

IEX Gaming Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund for violations of these terms or inappropriate conduct.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time via email to info@iexgames.com. No refunds will be issued for remaining time.

Equipment & Facility Use

Gaming equipment is to be used only during reserved session times.
Members may not tamper with consoles, monitors, or software.
All sessions must end promptly at the scheduled time unless additional playtime has been purchased.

Liability & Disclaimer

IEX Gaming Club is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or any injury sustained while on premises.
We encourage taking breaks and playing responsibly.

Data Privacy

Member data is stored securely and used only for account management, subscription tracking, and analytics.
We will never sell or share your personal information without your consent.
